Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage union workforce, including communication of job expectations, contractual standards compliance, grievance resolution, and disciplinary action.
Identify and implement corrective actions for safety issues, emphasizing standard operating procedures.
Recruit, train, schedule, approve payroll, and review employee performance.
Manage labor, employees, and vendors to achieve production, safety, and financial targets while promoting positive working relationships.
Labor force planning for efficient manpower utilization and equipment requirement forecasting to optimize operations.
Meet all customer service level agreements.
Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed.
