As a multi-tasking operations executive with a focus on business development, social media marketing, operations, vendor onboarding, and recruitment, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of the organisation and ensure that all operations run smoothly across multiple areas.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on business development: You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with them to increase revenue and achieve growth targets
2. Work on social media marketing: You will be responsible for managing the organisation's social media channels, creating engaging content, and developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
3. Handle operations: You will oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, and production management, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
4. Work on vendor onboarding: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality products and services are delivered on time.
5. Handle recruitment: You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees, and ensuring that the organisation has the right talent to achieve its goals
