About the Role
Due to the continued growth of our Ingenia Lifestyle Communities, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support role to join our team. This role will support our Community based teams in administration tasks, assistance with events, relief support in the absence of the Assistant Community Manager or Receptionists, and general day to day duties in a community.
This is a multi-site role that will provide operational support for communities in Logan, Beaudesert, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. As an Operations Support, you will provide a high level of customer service that supports our community-based teams and residents. Ingenia Lifestyle Communities are a collection of unique communities in nature rich locations, designed for our residents to stop waiting and start living!
This role will require you to have your own vehicle when travelling across sites. A car allowance is provided.
Responsibilities
Support the community-based teams in administrative tasks
Assist in the hosting of and planning of events for residents to enjoy
Engage with residents as a point of contact for feedback and queries
Conduct inductions for new residents entering the community
Assist with support in selling of pre-loved homes for sale
Provide leave coverage for Assistant Community Managers and Reception team members
Support the Area Manager with special projects as required
Take charge of standardisation across the Lifestyle portfolio
About You
Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
Confident and proficient in dealing with challenging conversations
Problem solver with a keen eye for detail
Driver's Licence
Effective time management skills
Police Check
