About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support and undertake a broad range of duties concerning the functions of the group, operational and personnel related issues.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

Assist in maintaining office operations, coordination of daily tasks and project completion
Resolve operational problems, analyse root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
Handle escalated issues within their allocated area of work and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements.
Assists with project communication and documentation regarding the status of projects.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Business Administration Certification or another industry-related certification
Project Management Certification or another industry-related certification
At least 3+ years of industry-related experience.

You Will Also Have

Swift evaluation and cyclical incident updates.
Effective communications and strategic decision-making ability.
Knowledge of computers and software needed for the job.
Adaptable and able to juggle many office tasks at the same time.
