Job Overview:
As an Operations trainee you will be the custodian of day‑to‑day back‑office workflows that keep Cybrilla running smoothly. Your primary focus will be timely, accurate uploading of feeds into internal systems while also pitching in on a broad range of routine operational tasks.

Location: Bangalore/Hybrid

Duration: 6 months | Contractual

Key Responsibilities:
File Management & Uploads: Handle daily data and document uploads across multiple portals ensuring correct version and timely delivery.

Process Execution: Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring operational tasks.

Data Validation & Hygiene: Perform basic validation checks on files and data entries before processing. Escalate discrepancies to the relevant team members.

Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to support daily deliverables and flag risks due to missing files, late submissions, or system issues.

Skills and Qualifications Required :
Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in any discipline (BBA, B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech etc.).
Technical Comfort: Familiarity with excel, dbf and spreadsheets. Ability to learn internal dashboards quickly.
Time Management: Capable of handling high‑volume, repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
Communication: Clear written English for status updates, plus polite stakeholder interactions on email.
Work Timings:
Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST (Tentative - Will be informed during interview)

Schedule: Any 5 fixed days of the week (including weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis, more details will be informed during interview)

Note: As this is an operations role, coverage is required every day to ensure critical processes run without interruption including business holidays. Weekly offs will be provided accordingly.

Good-to-Have Skills:

An understanding of the Indian Mutual Fund Industry and SEBI regulations for RTAs
An understanding of back-end infrastructure and integrations
