Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Transportation Management, with expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of OTM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement OTM solutions that optimize transportation operations and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and clients to gather and define transportation management requirements.
• Develop and maintain OTM configurations, including workflow, agents, rate management, and business rules.
• Provide technical expertise in OTM modules such as order management, planning and optimization, freight payment, and billing.
• Ensure that OTM solutions are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configurations and integrations.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of OTM systems to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OTM configurations and customizations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on OTM functionality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle OTM and incorporate relevant advancements into the development process.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of OTM with other enterprise applications.
• Participate in project planning and management, including task estimation, resource allocation, and project tracking.
