Job Summary:We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our remote customer service team as Call Center Representatives. We are seeking an experienced Oracle UIM SME/Architect with a strong background in telecom consulting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) solutions, leveraging their expertise in the OSS domain. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in Oracle UIM, possessing a mix of technical and soft skills, and a strong background in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-quality UIM-oriented solutions independently.

2. Lead the design and development of Oracle UIM and related tools/technologies for telecom clients.

3. Convert business inventory requirements into technical design documents.

4. Develop UIM cartridges using Oracle Design Studio and implement logical/physical inventory models.

5. Create rulesets, extension points, and customizations within UIM cartridges.

6. Migrate data from external inventory systems to UIM through scripts and rulesets.

7. Extend existing UIM Tech Packs (e.g., GSM Mobile Tech Pack, Metro Ethernet Services) to meet customer needs.

8. Develop web-service cartridges to automate UIM interface integration.

+. Work with UIM in federation/cooperation mode and handle standalone or high-availability (HA) cluster installations.
