Part-Time Accounts/Office Administrator

This opportunity has it all!

15 – 20hrs per week

Handy Parnell location with Parking

Bowdens are a very well established commercial and residential painting company, whose strong family values have been the foundation on which an enviable reputation has been built. We continue to attract and keep the most proficient trade specialists in the industry because we really do look after our people.

This is the perfect role if you have a solid background (preferably in a Trade related business) and you’d like flexibility around hours. As long as you’re delivering – you can plan your week around your family commitments.

You’ll be proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office (Simpro would be an advantage) and really well organised. If you love a process, you can really make this role your own.

Take charge of AR/AP and oversee payroll. Day-to-day functionality is outsourced, but you’ll be the company ‘eyes’ on the process and complete bank reconciliations and payment runs. Experience with month-end would be useful but you will be supported by our company accountants.

And of course, keep the office running, making sure there are always ample stocks of everything our busy team needs to provide exceptional service to our customers
