Remuneration: 66027.58 - 68085.5 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)

What you'll be doing
To perform all clerical duties as required at the Reception desk.
To acquire a working knowledge and compile the basic functions of the Operating Suite Scheduling system, Powerchart and Cerner (patient management).
To complete the data entry of Operating Suite Scheduling system.
To answer telephones.
Provide cover when other clerks/receptionists are on leave.
At least 2 years of administration experience within a hospital environment.
Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
Pleasant telephone manner and public contact experience.
Ability to use initiative and work independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must demonstrate superior customer service skills and ability work within a multidisciplinary health team.
Demonstrate your ability to exercise judgment, use initiative, show flexibility, maintain confidentiality, organise tasks, assign priorities and meet deadlines.
