Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area’s organization.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining office and treatment room supplies.
Provide support to staff by scheduling efficiently and assisting with inquiries related to chiropractic services.
Handle customer support inquiries, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
Strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation and email communication.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of EHRs and strong computer skills are an asset.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with chiropractic receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.
