This is a part-time role, working 2 days a week (0.4 FTE), starting in September 2024. You will be job sharing with an experienced primary teacher, providing a supportive and enriching learning experience for their students.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.Collaborate with your job share partner to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching.Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help every child reach their full potential.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love of learning.Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4.Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A collaborative and flexible approach to working with colleagues and parents.Why Join Us?
