Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Payroll, Admin, and Facilities Assistant. This role requires expertise in managing payroll operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:
• Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain employee payroll records and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on relevant payroll laws and regulations.

Administration:
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Assist in coordinating employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and general administrative matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Facilities Management:
• Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment by addressing facility-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate office moves, relocations, and space planning as needed.
• Monitor and manage facility-related expenses within budgetary constraints.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll management, administration, and facilities management.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and administrative tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
