Complete responsibilities for day-to-day operations and office Administration work within the premises. ,
Office Staff attendance and Site Staff Attendance & pay sheet verification.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word Knowledge of Payroll software, Salary Processing.
Maintaining attendance by biometric system.
Prepare monthly MIS report,
Updating daily attendance of employees oR prepare reports of attendance, leaves, monthly salary, etc.
Monitoring biometric reports.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Multi tasking
Knowledge of excel/MS Word - All Functions Including Vlook-up, Hlook-up, Pivot table & mail merge
Prioritise work, accuracy in delivery and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
