Coordinating and supporting People related activities for our Mumbai Team Your key focus will be: • Administering payroll updates to our third party payroll provider - providing information related to leave, changes to pay, salary updates, joiners/leavers etc. • Coordinating with the local consultant for monthly Provident Fund, Profession Tax, Gratuity and Tax Deducted at Source compliance. • Acting as the first point of contact for all people related queries for the Mumbai team on PeopleOperation matters (payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding etc.) • Support in the administration and application of colleague travel visa's through third party vendor. • Coordinate all local activities for onboarding/offboarding. • Ensure compliance to all local employment laws and regulations, including annual coordination of PoSH compliance and new joiner training.
