Job description
We are currently partnering with a client who are in the market for a Performance Consultant to join the team on an initial 3-month contract to pull KPI data across all areas of the NHS Trust and produce plans to improve to KPI board meetings.

You will be required to familarise and submit KPI reports, build recommendations and engage with contributors to upskill them when interpreting KPI data.

Role: Performance Consultant

Contract Length: 3 months

IR35 Status: Outside

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £400/ day

Skills:
• Stakeholder engagement
• Ability to understand KPI data
• Performance management experience
• NHS experience
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience
