Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, create, and execute highly effective campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, creative briefing, and bid optimization.
Performance Optimization
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
• Test, learn, and implement optimization strategies, including A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
• Communicate campaign results effectively to clients and internal teams.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to align ads with brand positioning and ensure high-quality creatives.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop strategies tailored to client goals.
Industry Trends & Tools
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and third-party ad management tools for deeper insights.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in running and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Creativity Meets Strategy: Skilled at blending creative elements with data to craft high-performing ads.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
