Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Creative Garage, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies for our e-commerce clients, specifically targeting lead generation. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through various digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to generate high-quality leads for our e-commerce clients.
• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Conduct thorough audience research to identify target segments and develop customer personas for effective lead targeting and messaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms that drive conversion.
• Implement lead tracking and attribution mechanisms to accurately measure and report campaign performance, including lead quality and cost per lead.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data using industry-leading analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and create effective lead nurturing workflows that drive higher conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively providing strategic recommendations to drive lead generation and business growth.
Monthly salary : 30,000 - 40,000
