The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI targets.
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
4. Utilize audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive customer engagement and conversions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, and Product to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that resonate with target audiences.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously testing and experimenting with new strategies, tactics, and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
7. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
8. Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
+. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on campaign performance, KPIs, and optimization efforts.
10. Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and campaign management.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on driving measurable results and ROI
