Performance Marketing / Paid Media Specialist (1-3 yrs exp) - We’re looking for a bright person who is passionate about digital marketing to handle and manage campaigns across search and social media.

Job Description : Google Search / Meta Ads
Your job includes:
• Create media plan and execute it.
• Monitor and report on campaigns and social media performance.
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
• Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
• Work within a budget and report any overspend.
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
• Candidate will also be responsible to keep self and team abreast with current and future trends on social and programmatic.
Key skills
Individual should have 1-3 yrs of experience preferably with an agency/client background and should have experience in setting up campaigns across different objectives for media planning.
Excellent Communication skills.
The ideal candidate is innovative, organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
