As a Personal and Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Operations Manager, ensuring smooth workflows and operations. This role offers a unique career path, with opportunities to develop leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills as you contribute to the company’s growth.

You will work closely with the leadership team on various projects, take ownership of key tasks, and be an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support
• Optimising Workflows: Implement and refine practises to improve efficiency.
• Calendar & Travel Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and organise events.
• Contracts & Presentations: Prepare, review, and manage contracts while creating data-driven presentations.

Operations Support
• Administrative Support: Handle invoices, cross-cheque data in the CRM, and track payments.
• Customer Service: Assist with customer requests, complaints, and claims.
• Office Supplies: Order uniforms and maintain inventory for smooth office operations.

General Office Management
• Point of Contact: Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with teams across the business to achieve strategic goals.
