Personal Assistant to Executive Director at a Prestigious Jewelry Company
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the Executive Director's calendar, emails, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
Project Assistance: Assist in high-priority projects and contribute to operational efficiency.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including filing, documentation, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a luxury or corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
A passion for the luxury goods industry, particularly jewellery, is a plus.
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
