Reporting Relationship: Reports to Director of Rehabilitative Services
General Summary of Responsibilities: Provides patient treatment as directed by Physical Therapist to in-patients, outpatients, home health, and area nursing homes
Complete patient care documentation
Provides education to patients/family, other team members, employers, caregivers, and other individuals/organizations within the patients realm of care
Participates in and on departmental and hospital wide teams and programs to ensure the highest quality and efficient delivery of care
To include: departmental chart reviews, policy and procedure manuals, quality assurance insures, and ing technicians on needed supplies
