Summary: Experienced Operations Manager needed to coordinate between factory, head office, and multiple sites, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

Preferences: Candidates with a background in the Indian Armed Forces or a strong finance background.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead and coordinate activities for operational efficiency across factory, head office & sites.

• - Oversee daily operations to meet company goals and customer demands.

• - Mentor team members to boost productivity and teamwork across locations.

• - Develop strategies for optimal resource use and cost management.

• - Monitor inventory and procurement to maintain stock levels.

• - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• - Implement continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes.

• - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• - Collaborate on operational plans and budgets with senior management.

• - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

• - Provide leadership during organizational changes and expansions.

• - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
