We have an opportunity for "Manager – HR – International Business" at Ahmedabad (Gujarat)Location.

Qualification: MBA -HR or equivalent degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate HR.

Must have good exposer in Recruitment specifically for senior positions

Bond : 3 Years Bond

Shift Time : Open to work from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am. (Night Shift)

Job Description: As a Manager - HR, your essential roles and responsibilities include:

· Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor employees' activities during night shift, and provide timely feedback to Management.
• Manage the recruitment process for International Business positions, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team.
• Manage employee life-cycle of the employees specifically for night shift employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specifically for night shift employees.
• Monitor employee attendance specifically for night shift employees and ensure that they adhere to the shift timings allotted to them, manage leave requests, and address attendance-related issues.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment during the night shift.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale during the night shift.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on HR-related matters specifically for night shift employees.

About the role

The position specializes in overseeing and managing the payroll function of the organization, including ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing payroll staff, and resolving payroll issues. This role also involves preparing payroll reports, maintaining payroll records, and working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate compensation data.

Role & responsibilities

· Sourcing managing the entire placement operations encompassing preparing fitment of candidate, negotiation & finalizing offers & ensuring to reduce the recruitment cost.

· Co-ordinate with respective Manager and internal and external job postings, initial screening, short-listing profiles, conducting interviews in co-ordination with HOD / Manager Selection, induction & placement and Negotiation Formalities.

· Prepared Shop floor/plant/ staff Videos related to Production/HR/R&R Activities/EHS Activity

· Solving Staff/Workmen/Contract labours grievance individuals as well as collective

· Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

· Attending interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating motivational activities.

· Promoting welfare activities to the best possible level satisfying both workmen and Management.

· Ensuring timely compliance of statutory formalities under various labour legislatures of central government and various state rules made there under i.e. Factories Act, P.F., ESI, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.

· Taking care of claim settlement, acting as liaison between employees and different agency to resolved problem and clarify benefit.

· Ensuring timely depositing of PF and ESI Challans.

· Successfully complied various Statutory Inspections & Audits.

· Returns & Inspections under the Factories Act, 1+48.

· Handling workers grievances related to wages, increment, working conditions& other dispute.

· Issuing of Charge sheet, Warning letter, Show-cause notice & other disciplinary action

· To maintain discipline decorum of the Employees.

· To initiate disciplinary action against delinquent employees

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience

· MBA full time with exp of 18-20 years

Preferred

· Experience of working with automotive industry

Skills

· Strong communication (both written & verbal) & interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS office

· Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues.

· Collaborative approach with an ability to multi-task and manage/influence key stakeholders.
