Your Opportunity
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a minimum of 2 years Level 2 application support experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support?
We’re seeking a dedicated Platform Support Analyst to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical support and advice to users across various technologies, including CRM systems, HRIS platforms, workforce management tools, and more.
With a focus on 2nd level support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems while contributing to innovative solutions that empower our organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Review and action/escalate assigned ServiceNow tickets
Produce documentation within assigned tickets, noting customer interactions, root cause and resolution
Raise and represent change requests at CAB where required
Review Knowledgebase (KB) articles relevant to supported systems updating/creating as required
Collaborate with SMEs to enhance knowledge of supported MA systems
Participate in the monthly checks of application licence availability and consumption
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of multiple, complex platforms and technologies to enable effective integration and utilisation of enterprise applications and services
Identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures including automation of current manual processes
Requirements for success
Relevant academic qualifications (technical and/or business related)
2+ years of experience in Level 2 support roles
2 to 5 years’ experience in Platform Support or a similar role
Solid understanding of T-SQL (MSSQL 2012-201+)
Aware of all traditional architectural domains: Business, Application, Integration, Data, Information and Infrastructure & Technical
Strong knowledge of cloud, PaaS (Microsoft’s 365 suite essential) as well as platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, iChris/HRESS, Workday and KRONOS Dimensions
Previous experience with Workday (HRIS) administration is highly desirable
Demonstrated design, build and run skills in Office 365, Power platform, Azure IaaS (incl. Azure AD), SaaS, platform integration, data classification and categorisation, and automation where applicable
Demonstrated knowledge of ETL Processes
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
