Job Description

Answer all incoming telephone calls, transferring to appropriate extensions or taking messages.
Address all the patient queries related to packages, tests, reports, prices, discounts, TAT, etc. Collect all the necessary documents/doctor prescription, etc. from the patient as per the requirement of the particular test. Provide and confirm the prerequisites with the patient for performing a particular test.
Collect all the TRFs from patients, arrange and store as per Lab. Protocol.

Shift Timing :

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
