About the Role:

In this position, you will work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Clinical Care: Performing health assessments, developing care plans, assisting with procedures, and managing chronic conditions, Immunisation of children and adults, Wound Care Management, Sterilisation/ Infection Control and cold chain management, assisting in minor surgical procedures, ECG & Spirometry, Management of the patient recall and reminder system.
Patient Education: Providing education and support to patients on various health topics and self-management strategies.
Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines, in addition to your own continued professional development.
Communication and Teamwork: Building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers, whilst also working in an autonomous manner and able to prioritise work in order to meet practice requirements
Documentation and Administration: Maintaining accurate and complete patient records through Best Practice software, monitoring and maintaining clinical stock levels via regular check lists.
