Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal CEO located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Principal CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of company operations, including strategic decision-making, financial planning, business development, and organizational leadership. The role involves driving company growth, fostering a cohesive organizational culture, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the company achieves its long-term goals. Collaboration with departmental heads and external partners will be integral to this position.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Finance and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
• Experience and proficiency in Sales and business development strategies
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational success and manage a diverse team
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the fashion or design industry preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
