We are looking for a motivated person with a positive can-do attitude to take up the post of Procure to Pay Support Officer at our office located in Brisbane QLD on a permanent full-time basis (Monday – Friday - 38hrs/week). The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for all procurement activities throughout the business as we roll out our new P2P system and process.
Reporting directly to the Head of Group Reporting & Treasury, your duties will include:
Creating purchase orders for both stock and non-stock purchasing
Guiding new users through the process of purchase order creation
Adhoc procurement project related activities as required
Vendor creation and set up
About You:
The person we are looking for will ideally possess the following skills & credentials:
Previous experience in a similar role
D365 experience would be highly regarded
Sound experience of the procurement function
Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
Initiative, accuracy and commitment to quality of service
Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to plan using foresight
Ability to work as part of a team
Problem solving skills
