Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
• * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• * Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• * Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
• * Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• * Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (1 3 years preferred).
• * Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Experience
• * Minimum 1 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a remote work environment.
• * Freshers with relevant internships or certifications in HR are encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time position with flexible working hours.
• * Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones).

We are looking for a proactive individual who can make prompt engineering decisions and who want to go beyond their desk and into the factory for hands on engineering. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills as the candidate will be partnering closely with production personnel. The candidate will be the engineering representative on the factory floor transforming design into reality. Position Responsibilities: Applies basic knowledge of Boeing design and/or engineering principles to develop interim or final engineering solutions to product/process issues throughout production and/or for technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer. Analyzes, conducts failure analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshoots to understand root cause. Provides assistance to identify solutions. Provides written dispositions for routine design non-conformances. Supports activities to identify deviations that could impact design intent and safety and product/process improvements. Develops routine customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment. Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Ensures supplier and build partner comply with Boeing standards. Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment. Recommends simple non-destructive test procedures, tools, standards. Conducts simple static strength analysis to validate interim design repairs meet original design loads criteria. This position participates in the approximately +-month Boeing Company Training Rotation Program, which may involve assignments to the first, second, or third shift, as well as weekend or daily overtime. The specific requirements for shift assignments and overtime vary between sites and are typically covered on a rotation basis. Additionally, there may be travel involved during the training rotation. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's or Masters of Science Degree from an ABET OR ABET equivalent accredited course of study in Engineering 1 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in working with nonporous metals (Al, Ti, SS) and their forms (bar, forgings, casting). Experience with reading, interpreting, and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for machine parts Experience working with gear details and/or interaction between drive components. Experience with material processing for metals (e.g. heat treat, peening, plating). Experience in functional test and diagnostic of drive components (actuation systems). Experience with MRB repair of machined parts (bushings, blends, post processing). 3 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Mid-Level). 5 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Senior Level). 1 or more years of experience working with MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft systems or structures. Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
