Full job description
Join an experienced production team and work with premium ******** flower, grown in a state-of-the-art facility.

Reporting to the Cultivation Lead, Production Assistants are responsible for the daily care and maintenance of ******** plants and completing necessary regulatory documentation with the support of quality personnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Caring for and maintaining ******** plants through all stages of cultivation — cloning, transplanting, pruning, defoliating, and pest management.
Performing facility and equipment sanitation to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
Documenting data and completing production batch records to support regulatory compliance and product traceability to GACP standards.
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP) to meet Health Canada standards.
Supporting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Contributing to other cultivation or post-harvest activities, as required.
Ensure waste products are accurately labeled and documented appropriately in accordance with regulations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a small, collaborative team.
Dependable, organized, and focused on quality and safety.
Excellent communication and written skills for record-keeping
Able to work independently while contributing to shared goals.
Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time
Weekend shifts or overtime may be required
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum High School Diploma

· Horticulture/Agricultural experience is considered an asset

· Experience in a fast-paced production environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
