Experience : 1 to 4 Years ,

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure smooth production in Coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and all other departments.

2. Effective Manpower Handling.

3. Execution and maintenance of all SOP’S related to production and packaging

4. Reporting of all production parameters as defined by management.

5. Supporting the maintenance team for training and skill improvement

6. Following all safety provisions defined by management

7. Maintaining quality standards including personal hygiene, line cleaning as per QA and QC standards

8. Effectively contributing towards maintaining and improving GMP and GHP standards.

+. Reporting all deviations with respect to SOPs immediately to the senior management

10. Executing, maintaining and improving upon Kaizen and 5S practices continuously

11 Working towards waste reduction and efficient utilization of resources.

12. Maximize Plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation.
