Production Improvement Lead

Key Responsibilities:

This position entails driving productivity improvements, implementing lean initiatives, and enhancing EHS programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding & robotics, preferably from industries like construction equipment, automobiles, and auto components.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in achieving daily production schedules and SQDCM parameters
• Coach and mentor shop floor resources to foster teamwork
• Analyze problems using proper analysis and root cause processes in sheet metal and robotics
• Develop and maintain processes, production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, and process capabilities
• Implement IMS processes and ensure effective execution
• Design and develop tools, tackles, and trolleys for painted parts

Requirements:
• Technical expertise in managing robots, lasers, and press shops
• Knowledge of Toyota Production System or equivalent
• Leadership and communication skills
