The Opportunity
As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.

We are currently seeking a Production Leading Hand with fixed plant and Operating experience who lives local to Kalgoorlie.

These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a Team of skilled Operators
Maintaining open lines of communication with Management
Ensuring safety protocols are being followed
Operating machinery – Loaders, Skid Steers and Telehandlers
Inspections, hosing and housekeeping
Working with the Planning Team to assist in plant reliability improvement
