In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
• Safety First: Ensure that production operations comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and timelines.
• Quality Control and Food safety standard: Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and implement measures for quality assurance. Maintains and adheres to food safety standard (FSSC 22000 & FSSAI)
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost saving.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the process with LEAN concepts.
• Global Project Involvement: Participate in global projects and coordinate with international teams, collaborating across global team to achieve desired outcomes and share best practices.
• Coordination with contract manufacturer: Manage the complexities of contract manufacturing, ensuring the product quality, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of the demand.

Potentially Relevant Experience

B.E/B.Tech(Chemical/Food Technology/Mechanical)
• 12-15 years of work experience in Chemical/ Food industries with minimum 5-6 years as people leader role.
• Working with SAP is must.
• Ability to make impact, problem solving skills with LEAN concept and strive for continuous development.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
• Good written and verbal Communication.
