Key Responsibilities
Personnel Management:
Schedule shifts and allocate resources to meet production targets.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Production Planning And Optimization
Develop and implement production plans to meet output goals.
Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Coordinate with other departments (such as procurement and logistics) to ensure seamless workflow.
Quality Control
Implement quality control measures to ensure the purity and quality of recycled materials.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Address any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Safety And Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct safety training sessions for employees.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies to maintain necessary permits and licenses.
Cost Management
Monitor production costs and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving among production staff.
Reporting And Documentation
Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of recycling processes and equipment.
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
