Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize production schedules to meet client and business needs
• Assess project and resource requirements to ensure efficient production processes
• Estimate and negotiate budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Evaluate and improve quality control standards
• Oversee production processes, including the selection, ordering, and purchasing of materials
• Liaise with buyers, marketing, and sales staff to ensure smooth production and delivery
