Job Description
• Lead and manage all plant operations, including engineering, maintenance, production, quality, safety, and warehousing.
• Ensure high levels of efficiency, productivity, and quality control within the manufacturing processes.
• Understand WTP, ATP principles.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of machinery and equipment to maximize plant efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, including quality control procedures and audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and operators to achieve plant objectives.
• Develop and manage plant budgets to ensure financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Collaborate with senior management to align plant operations with company strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field. A Master's degree (MBA/Operations) is preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing operations within FMCG industry, preferably in beverages or carbonated drinks.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production facilities with a focus on quality, cost, and safety.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean management, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, team building, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
