Job Summary:

Oversee and manage daily production operations in the interior industry, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of projects. Lead production teams, coordinate with other departments, and implement process improvements.

• Supervision and Leadership:

• Conduct regular inspections and resolve quality issues.

• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques.
• Equipment and Maintenance:
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Health and Safety:
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or interior industry.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Skills:
• Leadership and team management.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication.
• Proficiency in production management software.

Work Environment:
• Manufacturing plant or production facility.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
