Production Supervisor - Assembly Line

Electric items manufacturing industry (switchboard, panel, meter, starter, capacitor, kitkat, fuse etc)
• Ensuring optimum utilisation of human resource and equipments to meet production targets

- Direct assembly line workers in compliance with daily work schedule and ensure everyone works to their optimal efficiency

- Ensure applicable product quality

- Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work cell(s)

- Maintain detailed daily / weekly /monthly production reports in handwritten written hardcopy and/or excel

- Analyse production efficiencies by using data and work to improve it

- Minimise WIP and maintain high speed movement of finished or semi-finished components

- Maintain minimum stock of raw material and ******** purchase department in time

- Ensure proper arrangement and placement of Die, Tools, Raw material and Semi-finished products with proper labelling

5S in Factory

- Perform daily stock audits and report to concerned seniors
