Production Supervisor

Are you a motivated individual with strong leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
• Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.
• Training and Development: Train new employees on production processes and equipment operation. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and skill development.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization, including raw materials, manpower, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Problem Solving: Identify production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
