We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the smooth delivery of key projects across the business. You’ll play an important role in keeping documentation, contracts, and communications on track while working closely with teams including Sales, Legal, and senior stakeholders.
What does your day look like?
Oversee the contract approval and execution process, coordinating closely with Legal, Sales, and key internal stakeholders
Support the Head of Bids & Tenders in preparing high-quality tender submissions
Develop, format, and maintain sales collateral and client-facing materials to ensure brand and messaging consistency
Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including travel coordination, calendar management, and meeting organisation
