Project Manager – Event Registration

About Us
RefTech is a leading UK-based technology provider specialising in event registration solutions. We support major events across the country and pride ourselves on delivering seamless, tech-powered experiences. We’re now looking for a talented Project Manager to help deliver outstanding service to our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end delivery of event registration projects.
· Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful site setup and delivery.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and schedules.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Attend client events on-site when required (occasional travel + overnight stays).
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
· Knowledge of the events industry, AV, or IT is beneficial.
Essential Requirements
· Full UK Driving Licence.
· Based in or able to commute to Tamworth.
· Willingness to travel for client events (UK-wide, occasional overnight).
