Public Relations, news and event planner

As a Public Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create innovative and engaging public relations and media campaigns, and to publish news. You will collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and designers, to develop promotional content. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing, editing, and reviewing all media content and press releases, as well as handling any PR-related issues that may arise.

Your role will also involve maintaining positive relationships with media houses, both national and international, and organizing PR activations to enhance the company's image. As the spokesperson for the company, you will be expected to represent us in various forums.

Another key aspect of your job will be handling social media and leveraging your contacts with news channels and newspapers to amplify our reach.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in media or public relations, along with a proven track record in managing PR campaigns, media relations, and sales and marketing. Exceptional writing, oral presentation, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in basic computer and writing software (MS Office).

We are looking for individuals with a strong presence of mind, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail. The ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations is crucial for success in this dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra. We require candidates who can reliably commute to the location or are willing to relocate before starting work. A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.

Ideally, you should have a total of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in writing editorials and news articles, 1 year in news channel and media contacting, and 2 years in public relations and media contacts.
