We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing and Accounts Admin Assistant to join our team in Cranbourne West. This role involves monitoring stock levels and placing orders with suppliers to maintain a healthy stock level in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Item Master Data
Monitor stock levels using software
Placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers
Matching Invoices with incoming receipts
Managing backorders with suppliers and customers
General accounts administrative tasks to support the business
What We’re Looking For

Previous accounts, administration and/or purchasing experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Willingness to perform accounts and purchasing duties to support the business.
