Position: Manager – Quality & Training (Inside Sales)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 4–6 years in Quality Assurance, Training & Development (preferably in an Inside Sales/Telecalling environment)
About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented expert to ensure excellence in telesales conversations and enhance the skills of our inside sales team for our product Outspark (By Times Of India) This role is essential for developing high-performance teams by identifying sales quality gaps and providing impactful training to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring & Improvement:
• Monitor, audit, and evaluate daily sales calls, WhatsApp interactions, and customer follow-ups.
• Identify sales communication gaps, tone mismatches, or compliance breaches.
• Maintain QA dashboards and share regular reports with feedback loops for agents.
• Drive continuous improvement in conversation quality and adherence to pitch standards.
Training & Development
• Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training modules for telesales representatives.
• Coach and mentor team members through mock calls, role-playing, and live feedback.
• Conduct monthly skill assessments and knowledge checks.
• Create SOPs, call scripts, and sales communication guides.
Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with Sales Managers to identify training needs based on performance metrics.
• Align QA and training interventions with organizational goals and product updates.
• Assist in setting goals and developing performance evaluation frameworks for the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales/inside sales QA or L\&D roles.
• Strong knowledge of call quality audits, sales pitch effectiveness, and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and inspire people in high-pressure sales environments.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM dashboards, and LMS platforms.
