About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team at our Welshpool site. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet the stringent quality standards Refresco is known for. You’ll have the opportunity to work across various stages of production, helping us maintain excellence in every batch.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct process inspections throughout all production stages
Working on the production floor in a fast-paced environment
Prepare laboratory solutions and samples
Perform shelf-life assessments and quality tests
Monitor and test raw materials
Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment

About You:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, with a strong understanding of food safety, quality hazards, and control measures. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and be goal oriented. Laboratory experience and knowledge of HACCP are essential.


Key Requirements:

Knowledge of HACCP and Food Quality Control (QC) principles
Practical experience in a laboratory environment
Strong team player with good communication skills
Goal-oriented with attention to detail
Familiarity with food safety, quality hazards, and risk control measures
Must have unrestricted Australian working rights
