Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Quality Lead. The Quality Lead will oversee day-to-day quality control activities, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols. The role involves analyzing data to identify areas for quality improvement, developing and implementing quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing
• Proficient in Quality Assurance principles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Leadership abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
