Role description
Affluent Business : NRI Services
Affluent Business caters to a segment of customers who are High Net Worth Individuals with a range of customizable
offerings in wealth management, personal banking and business and lending solutions.
Further, NRI segment within Affluent Business of the bank comprises of NRI/PIO/OCI Customers which are from various
countries, majorly from GCC, USA and UK with small base from APAC. NRI Portfolio activation includes product activations
across key NRI products like Inward remittance, Cards, Investments, Term Deposits, Mutual Funds, Retail Assets, Digital
Banking – Internet Banking/Mobile Banking registrations/logins/transactions etc.
About the Role
Complete ownership of end to end portfolio initiatives and resource facing campaigns across core products such as – Inward
Remittance, TD, Investments and Digital Banking activations. Identification of micro segments in existing customers for new
business opportunities and accordingly design innovative campaigns and execute them as planned to meet specific business
objectives such as increasing overall Customer activation, product penetration, retention strategy for existing customers and
increased customer activity. Generate Insights into existing channel usage and penetration and innovate on ways to enhance
customer experience or usage of channel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Devise Cross Sell strategy for customers- Ensure appropriate micro segmentation of NRI customers basis remittance activity
and Country of Residence, and build specific enablers in order to target each segment appropriately. Ensure right
product/service information to customers at the optimum time via appropriate channels of communication. Proactively
engage with product and process teams to ensure timely engagement with Customers (Internal and external).
2. Also Deliver insights for campaigns : Identification of micro segments in existing customers for new business opportunities
and accordingly design innovative campaigns and execute them as planned to meet specific business objectives such as
increasing overall Customer activation, product penetration, retention strategy for existing customers and increased

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
MBA / 3- 5 years of Work Experience in Retail Banking
Skills
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Analytical skills, Ability to solve complex data, Insights generation basis data analytics, MS Office tools – expertise in
excel and power point is a must
Should be a self-starter and capable of working independently, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of NRI Banking and Cross-border remittances is preferred
