Overview
Hughes Commercial Realty Group is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Conveyancer/Administrator to join our Edmonton commercial brokerage office.
You’ll touch on a variety of support services, which include conveyancing, accounts payable/receivables, entry level bookkeeping and general office administration.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the real estate field, with preference given to those with a background in real estate conveyancing or real estate administration, along with entry level bookkeeping experience.
This role is suited for someone looking to build a successful career in commercial real estate, working closely with a high-performing brokerage team.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Broker/Owner, Controller, Office Manager and Associates
Conveyancing; data entry of all listing and deal documentation, deal flow from start to finish, arranging deposit transfers, submitting documents to lawyers, preparing deals for commission payouts and more
Provide administrative support in electronic file management
Data entry of account payables and receivables as required
Assist the management team with monthly financial reporting for the Brokerage and the Broker owned commercial properties
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of conveyancing experience
Advanced knowledge and efficient use of business suite computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Loft/Xero.
Possess self-starting initiative while working well in a team-oriented environment
Must be able to handle flexibility in task management while having a keen eye for detail
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and create general business documentation
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and format presentations
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills on phone and email
Excellent proofreading and editing skills on crucial documentation
Ability to multitask, utilize effective time management skills, and recognize and respond to time-sensitive issues and tasks with limited direction/supervision
Must have your own transportation/valid license

Ritchie Mill is located on the bank of the river valley, free parking with easy access to all areas of the City.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the flexibility of hybrid work
